This is a private, individualized Forest Medicine session. Co-creatively, through the story you share, and through Nature intelligence, I will be intuitively guided to share earth-honoring rituals and teachings aligned for the highest good of your unique journey. Some themes we will explore together are: • Land acknowledgement • Calling in directions, ancestors, guides and medicine songs • Spiritual ecology and practicing Ayni (sacred reciprocity) • Experiential teachings on place-based practices for honoring ancestors and making sacred offerings • Shamanic journeying through Andean cosmology • Activation tools for communicating with nature intelligence • Deep dive invitations into exploring the knowledge and medicine these sacred mountains hold for us to discover • Medicinal tree identification and teachings • The role of ritual for embodiment and integration of wisdom teachings • Mayan water-element letting go and closing ritual
