About the event
BioForest Restore is a 3 hour restorative and transformative experience infused with elements such as guided meditation and chakra activation, breathwork and earth-honoring ritual and ceremony as well as teachings on concepts such as animism, spiritual ecology and transcultural shamanic cosmology. We also dive into medicinal tree identification and teachings. We close out the experience with a Mayan water-element letting go ritual.
